Random House
Book of Fairy Tales |
The Golden Book of Fairy Tales The reading/listening level is slightly higher than that of the Random House fairy tale we also offer. One
thing I like about both of these books for younger children is that they
focus on the "sweet" fairy tales rather
than on the more frightening
ones.

The Adventures of
Tom Thumb |
Cupid and Psyche From book cover (and I agree whole-heartedly!) "Perhaps the greatest love story of all, Cupid and Psyche is unsurpassed in its richness and drama. Marie Craft's lively, suspenseful retelling of this classic Greek myth will appeal to young and old alike." Illustrated with forty luminous paintings by award-winning (and one of my all-time favorites) artist Kinuko Craft.

|
The
Green Fairy Book
by Andrew Lang The third Lang fairy book. Some of the best loved tales from around the world including Prince Narcissus, The Three Little Pigs, The Half-Chick and many more.
